These kangaroo leather NATO watch straps are handmade in Adelaide, Australia using high quality locally sourced vegetable tanned leather. Kangaroo leather is a very strong type of leather, with excellent tensile properties, this coupled with the leathers comfortable feel makes it ideal for NATO watch straps.
I use vegetable tanned leather hides which have been dyed and waxed in drums, this creates a beautifully rich colour which will age beautifully with time. I stitch the NATO straps with high quality waxed leather thread and finish them off using nicely polished oval buckles*, giving the straps a nice vintage look and feel.
The straps come in sizes ranging from 16mm to 22mm and are punched with 13 holes. They are a great way to update the look of your watch, are quick and easy to change over and provide great value and quality.
