Where are E.S Handcrafted items made ?
All of my products are handmade in my workshop, here in Adelaide, Australia.
How long will it take for my order to be made ?
It all depends on what item is being ordered and how many are being ordered. All of my products are handmade from scratch and made to order! Therefore it is hard to provide an accurate time-frame for completion, however due to a current high number of orders, it can take up to 10 business days to complete an order. I send off items as soon as they're complete and provide full tracking information via email .
How long will my item last?
I only use top grain or full grain leather hides, mostly vegetable tanned and treated with high quality waxes/conditioners all of which ensure that the items I sell are long lasting. The life of the item also depends on the user and how well he/she takes care of the item - vegetable tanned leather goods are very durable and there are products out there that have lasted well beyond a lifetime and have been passed down to the next generation!
how do i take care of my products?
The products sold here are treated with high quality waxes and conditioners prior to being shipped. Most of my products are made from natural vegetable tanned leather, which ages and develops a very desirable patina over time. To care for these, it is recommended that the products are treated with a leather conditioner periodically.
can i customise my order?
Certainly! In fact I welcome all requests for custom work, please get in touch via my contact page. Common customisation requests include -
- Thicker watch band - I can make a strap up to 3-3.5mm if required.
- Different style buckles.
- Strap made to accommodate thicker spring-bars.
- Watch band made with one wide keeper instead of two narrow keepers.
- Watch band made for different style deployant clasps e.g., those found on Breitling & Tag Heuer watches.
do you send overseas?
All of my items (except my Kangaroo leather watch straps) are available for overseas shipping
What payment options do you offer?
I accept PayPal, bank transfers and credit card payments. In addition, if local, you're welcome to pickup your item/s and pay with cash (please get in touch prior to ordering to organise this).
